4. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Many Apriais™ products are custom printed or made to order after your purchase is received.

Because these products are created specifically for you:

  • Production begins shortly after your order is placed.
  • Orders generally cannot be modified once production has started.
  • Returns and exchanges are limited as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

5. PRICING

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

If a pricing error occurs due to typographical, technical, or system errors, Apriais™ reserves the right to:

  • Correct the error
  • Cancel the affected order
  • Issue a full refund

6. PAYMENT

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

We accept payment methods offered through Shopify Payments and any additional payment providers displayed during checkout.

Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully authorized.

7. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Apriais™ reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product availability
  • Payment authorization failure
  • Suspected fraud
  • Pricing errors
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Shipping restrictions

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

8. SHIPPING

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only.

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Holidays
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Apriais™ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

9. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
